2026年4月14日、スペインの情報・ドキュメンテーション分野の協会の連合組織であるFederación Española de Sociedades de Archivística, Biblioteconomía, Documentación y Museística（FESABID）が、スペインにおけるオープンアクセス（OA）推進に向けた課題等を分析した報告書“Tensiones y soluciones en la relación propiedad intelectual-investigación abierta”を公開しました。
オープンサイエンスの原則、スペインの法的枠組み、科学政策上の取組の間に生じている摩擦や課題が分析されています。また、OA推進に向けた法改正の提案等もなされています。
