2025年9月9日、Europeana Foundationは、欧州のアーカイブズ機関の国際的なネットワーク組織であるICARUS（International Centre for Archival Research）が調整を行っている新たな世界的イニシアチブ「DTI」（Digitise. Transform. Inspire）に参加したことを発表しました。
DTIは、2025年9月1～2日にウィーンで開催された会議「DTI: Shaping the Archives of Tomorrow conference」で発足が発表された、アーカイブズのDX（デジタルトランスフォーメーション）を強化し加速させるためのイニシアチブです。Europeana Foundationは、DTIのメンバーとして、専門知識の提供、DTIの活動と欧州のデジタル化フレームワークとの整合性に関する支援、コミュニティーや機関の橋渡し、Europeanaの広範なネットワークと世界中のパートナーとの連携を行うとしています。
