2025年5月20日、欧州研究図書館協会（LIBER）が、研究成果のアクセシビリティと再利用可能性の改善に向けたアクションプラン“Improving access and reuse of research results by addressing copyright and data legislative and regulatory issues”を発表しました。
2024年5月に発表された欧州委員会による調査報告書“Improving access to and reuse of research results, publications and data for scientific purposes”を基に策定されたもので、研究図書館、研究機関、各国機関及び国際的機関に向けて、同報告書で示された課題に対処するための35の提言が示されています。
