2023年12月1日、オープンな書誌データ及び引用データの公開に取り組む非営利団体OpenCitationsは、OpenCitations Indexに、ジャパンリンクセンター（JaLC）が提供するDOI間引用リンク約40万件が追加されたことを発表しました。
これによりOpenCitations Indexでは、JaLCからの引用リンクのほか、Crossref、DataCite、PubMed、OpenAIREからの引用リンクが提供されるようになります。
