米国のジョン・F・ケネディ大統領図書館・博物館は、ケネディ大統領の就任から50年となるのを記念して、デジタル化した同館の資料の公開を開始しています。現時点では、20万ページの文書、電話での会話やスピーチ等を含む録音テープ300リール、300点の博物館収蔵品、フィルム72リール、写真1500点等が含まれているとのことです。同館ではケネディ大統領の文書840万点、写真40万点、音声記録9000時間、ビデオ1200時間などの資料を所蔵しており、今後も引き続きデジタル化作業が行われるとのことです。
