2021年2月16日、フランス国立書籍センター（CNL）が、地方自治体図書館の資料購入に関する支援について、同センターのウェブサイトで発表しました。
新型コロナウイルス感染症感染拡大による影響からの回復計画“Plan de relance”の一環として実施されます。地域の文化産業の要である書店の支援を目的としており、2021年と2022年に、各年合計500万ユーロずつの支援が行われます。
実施についてはCNLが受託しており、4月中に申請受付を開始する予定と述べられています。
