2018年2月5日、学術書の書評誌Choiceを発行する米国大学・研究図書館協会（ACRL）の出版部門が、機関リポジトリの現在と将来の見通しに関するホワイトペーパー“The Evolving Institutional Repository Landscape”を公開しました。

大学・研究図書館界にとって重要なトピックに関する、直ちに実行可能な情報を提供するために企画された不定期のホワイトペーパーシリーズとして初めて刊行されたものです。

同ホワイトペーパーは、業界のリーダーへのインタビューや北米の150以上の大学への公開調査をもとに纏められました。
