2016年8月23日付の、様々な分野の視覚的な作品等を紹介するウェブサイトである“The Creators Project”などで、ニューヨーク公共図書館（NYPL）の職員であるLauren Lampasone氏によるTwitterのbotアカウントが紹介されています。
NYPLのデジタルコレクション“NYPL Digital Collections”のコンテンツを活用したbotで、botアカウント（@NYPLEmoji）に絵文字を送信すると、それに対して“NYPL Digital Collections”の画像が返信される、というものとなっています。
