学術出版コンサルタントをつとめるPublishers Communication Group(PCG)が、オープンアクセス（OA）のための資金や支援業務における組織内での図書館の役割について調査した報告書“Open Access Library Survey: An investigation of the role of libraries in open access funding and support within institutions”を公開しています。

OAモデルにおける図書館の役割等を理解するために実施された調査で、2014年7月から8月にかけて30か国149名から寄せられた回答をもとにしているようです。
