新館長の人事については、カナダ遺産省が2014年4月14日に、Guy Berthiaume氏となることを発表しています（6月23日から5年間の任期）。Berthiaume氏はケベック州立図書館・文書館（Bibliothèque et Archives nationales du Québec、略称BAnQ）の館長を2009年から務めていました。

インタビューでは、図書館の将来をどう考えているかや、 BAnQでの経験、LACの直面する課題や対処についての考えなどが質問されています。
