米国のジェラルド・R・フォード大統領図書館で、大統領図書館では初となる「ウィキペディアン・イン・レジデンス（Wikipedian in Residence）」が採用されたそうです。このたびインターンシップとしてフォード大統領図書館に所属し、同館に関するウィキペディアの記述を充実させていくことになったのは、ミシガン大学の修士課程の大学院生であるMichael Bareraさんです。フォード大統領図書館はミシガン大学の北部キャンパスの中に位置しており、同大学は米国の大学で初めてウィキペディアンの学生たちのクラブが誕生したところです。Bareraさんはそのクラブのメンバーでもあるということです。
