2020年6月29日、フランス国立図書館（BnF）が、同館のコレクションの新たな保存センターの設立に関する関心表明の募集を開始しました。
発表によると、同センターには24万7,000タイトルで構成される古く貴重な新聞資料のコレクションの保存に特化した施設を設ける予定であり、7,000万ユーロから9,000万ユーロの規模のプロジェクトになると想定されています。
