2019年2月22日、英国のArt UKが、英国全土の公共彫刻作品をカタログ化するプロジェクト“Sculpture Project”において、最初の1,000作品をオンラインで公開したと発表しました。
Art UKは、英国のパブリックアート作品を世界に紹介するために、作品の撮影・デジタル化公開等を行なっている団体で、Sculpture Projectは、その多くが撮影・記録化されていない15万点と推計される彫刻分野のパブリックアート作品を、2020年までにArt UKのウェブサイトで公開することを目指す3年間のプロジェクトです。
