2018年10月9日、トランプ大統領の署名により、米国において、マラケシュ条約実施法が成立しました。
これによりマラケシュ条約批准のための国内手続きは終了しましたが、今後、国務省による世界知的所有権機関（WIPO）への加入書の寄託手続きが必要です。
