2016年11月14日、英のウェルカム・トラストから助成を受けた論文・データセット等の出版プラットフォーム“Wellcome Open Research”が開設・公開されました。論文の投稿受付は2016年10月17日から開始されており、最初の論文はグリニッジ標準時の2016年11月15日正午（日本時間の11月15日19時）に公開される予定です。
