米国の大学・研究図書館協会（ACRL）が、大学・研究図書館界の現状をまとめたレポート“Environmental Scan of OERs, MOOCs, and Libraries”の公開をアナウンスしています。
このレポートはカナダの図書館員Carmen Kazakoff-Lane氏によりまとめられたもので、オープン教育リソース(OER)、大規模公開オンライン講座（MOOC）について、それぞれの直面する課題（効果やサステナビリティなど）を整理し、また、それを踏まえた図書館の役割について検討するものとなっているようです。
