2013年3月25日に中国国家図書館とカナダ・トロント大学図書館が学術的な協力関係を締結することになりました。両館は従来も資料交換などを行ってきましたが、今回の協力では、資料保存、貴重資料のデジタル化、職員の相互派遣、研修プログラム、資源共有などが含まれているということです。
