Emerald社が、国際図書館連盟（IFLA）とのパートナーシップに基づき、図書館情報学分野のジャーナルに掲載された論文を新たにオープンアクセスにしました。
このパートナーシップは2009年8月に発表されたもので、IFLAの年次大会やプロジェクトに関連した論文が、出版から9か月以降にオープンアクセスとなるという内容です。今回は、Library ManagementやInterlending & Document Supplyなど6タイトルのジャーナルに掲載された32本の論文が対象となっています。そのなかには、日本大学の小山憲司氏らがNACSIS-ILLのログ分析を行なった“How the digital era has transformed ILL services in Japanese university libraries: a comprehensive analysis of NACSIS-ILL transaction records from 1994 to 2008”も含まれています。
これまでにこのパートナーシップを通じて、50本近くの論文がオープンアクセスになっているということです。
