UNESCOより、携帯電話の教育に果たす役割に関する調査報告書2種類（”Turning on Mobile Learning”及び”Mobile Learning for Teachers”）が公開されています。それぞれ、北米編、ラテンアメリカ編が公開されています。前者では政策や新しい取り組みの動向、後者では教師による活用の潜在的可能性についてまとめられているようです。
