米国図書館協会（ALA）の情報技術政策局（OITP）が、公共図書館への光ファイバーを始めとしたブロードバンドの普及を目指すプロジェクトの政策概要の第1号となる“Fiber to the Library: How Public Libraries Can Benefit”をウェブサイト上で公開しています。次号以降も近いうちに発表される予定のようです。
