米国情報標準化機構（NISO）が、電子ジャーナル等のCOUNTER準拠の利用統計データを自動的にローカル・システムに取得できるプロトコル”SUSHI（Standardized Usage Statistics Harvesting Initiative）” (ANSI/NISO Z39.93 – 2007)で、8月に改訂されたCOUNTER実務指針第3版をフルサポートしたと発表しています。
