英国情報システム合同委員会（JISC）の助成により、SHERPA、ノッティンガム大学などにより運営されているリポジトリ・サポート・プロジェクトが、リポジトリの立ち上げ、コンテンツ拡大、利用拡大のための計画用チェックリストを作成、公開しています。「～はしましたか？」という形式で、リポジトリ運営者に各々のトピックについて考えさせるように作られています。
