セマンティック・ウェブに対し、国立図書館が持つ書誌データ・典拠データをどのように提供し活用してもらうかについて、ドイツ国立図書館の実践（Wikipedia内での書籍への参照を、すべて同館の書誌データへのリンクとする、など）を踏まえ考察した論文が、インドの図書館情報学主題リポジトリ“ Librarians’ Digital Library”で公開されています。
