2019年6月20日、カタール国立図書館（QNL）が、カタール作家フォーラム（Qatari Authors’ Forum）と覚書を締結したと発表しています。
両機関は、研究と文学における共通の利益を進展させ、各々が公衆へのより良いサービスを提供するための将来のプロジェクトを明らかにする枠組みにおいて協力していくとしています。
