2018年7月24日、図書館による出版活動を進める大学図書館によるイニシアティブ“Library Publishing Coalition”（LPC）が“Ethical Framework for Library Publishing”のVersion 1.0を公表しました。
図書館における出版活動に対して、多様な分野における重要な倫理的考慮事項を提供するとともに、倫理的な学術出版のための具体的な提言を行なっています。
今後も、同文書は更新・拡張を行なっていくとしています。
