2016年6月23日、OCLC Reserachが、“Integrating the Library in the Life of the User: An Annotated Bibliography of Practical Ideas”を公表しました。
2015年11月に公表した、図書館利用者の情報行動についてまとめた報告書“The Library in the Life of the User”の付録にあたり、利用者中心の図書館サービスを構築する際に参考となる実践的なアイデアを含む文献の解題付の目録となります。
