図書館情報資源振興財団、若手研究者(大学院生)による一次資料に基づいた研究の現状についてまとめた調査報告書を公開

2016年5月24日、図書館情報資源振興財団(CLIR)が、アーカイブ資料に基づく調査と、それを実践している若手研究者(大学院生)の知識・技能の現状について調査した報告書“Terra Cognita: Graduate Students in the Archives, A Retrospective on the CLIR Mellon Fellowships for Dissertation Research in Original Sources”を公開しました。

レポートは、一次資料の調査に基づく学位論文執筆を予定している大学院生を対象としたCLIRのフェローシップ(Mellon Fellowships for Dissertation Research in Original Sources)のデータに基づき素描しており、一次資料調査の状況と実践のここ10年間における変化や、この変化のなかで、どのようなコミュニティが新しい研究を支援するために文化遺産研究に投資しているかについて深く調査していると紹介されています。
