2014年10月16日、カナダ国立図書館・文書館（LAC）は、第一次世界大戦のカナダ海外派遣軍（Canadian Expeditionary Force: CEF）の人事ファイルをデジタル化し、オンラインで公開したと発表しています。
“Soldiers of the First World War: 1914～1918”というデータベースから利用可能で、名前や連隊番号、階級から検索できるとのことです。
今後もデジタル化ファイルが追加されていくようです。
