インターネット協会（Internet Society：ISOC）らが、環太平洋戦略的経済連携（TPP）協定に関する交渉の透明性および包括性に関する懸念を示す共同声明を発表しました。国際図書館連盟（IFLA）を含めた以下の団体等が署名を行っています。なお、IFLAは2012年7月に交渉に参加する各国の図書館関連団体と合同で声明を発表していました。
