Social Networking Librarianというブログに、図書館での情報リテラシー教育にインフォグラフィックス（情報、データ、知識を視覚的に表現したもの：infographics）を使うという記事が掲載されています。ブログの著者は2年制のビジネスカレッジで図書館員として働いているそうですが、そこの学生たちにとっては（看護やインテリアデザインのコースの学生と同様に）論文やレポートを書くよりももっと生産的な課題があるのではないかと考え、インフォグラフィックスの作成を通して情報リテラシー教育を行うというアイディアに至ったそうです。
Our biggest problem with many business courses as well as our medical and interior design courses is that it either does not make sense for students to write a paper, or there are other more productive assignments for the students.
