2011年6月6日から11日にかけて、米国テキサス州オースティンで開催された国際会議“Open Repositories 2011”の発表資料・ポスターが公式サイトで公開され、参加者のレポートが『月刊DRF』No.18などに掲載されているようです。同会議では、セマンティックウェブ、Linked Data、識別子など関する発表に加えて、ポスター発表、7分で24人が発表する“24 x 7”、“Show Us the Future of Repositories”をテーマにしたプログラミングコンテスト“Developer Challenge”、などが行われたそうです。ポスター発表では、日本から、国立情報学研究所（NII）、Digital Mathematics Library in Japan (DML-JP)、MyOpenArchiveなど6件の参加があったとのことです。
