2011年4月7日に、英国情報システム合同委員会（JISC）の進めているStrategic Content Allianceが、高等教育機関や博物館、図書館等に関わる知的財産権（IPR）をテーマにしたeラーニングのコース“IPR and Licensing module”を公開したようです。コースは動画やアニメーションを交えており、以下の6項目で構成されているとのことです。
1. IPRとライセンスの基礎（Introduction to IPR and licensing）
2. クリエイティブ・コモンズライセンス（Creative Commons licences）
3. 孤児作品と危機管理（Orphan works and risk management）
4. デジタル経済法（Digital Economy Act）
5. 第三者のコンテンツへのアクセスとその利用（Accessing and using third party content）
6. 権利を守り管理する（Protecting and managing rights）
