国際図書館連盟（IFLA）は、各国の図書館協会の機能強化のためのプログラム“Building Strong Library Associations ”（BSLA）プログラムを2010年9月から開始する予定であると発表しています。「設立」「維持」「連携」などのテーマごとの「モジュール」が用意され、既存の研修プログラム等と組み合わせて実施されるもののようです。
